We collect: contact identifiers you provide (name, email, mailing address, phone number); transaction details (property preferences, budget, timeline, home value, loan purpose); financial and government information needed to process a mortgage (such as income, assets, Social Security number, and credit information) only when you choose to apply; and technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, and similar website-usage information). We may also receive information from real estate and lending platforms you engage with.
3. How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiry; provide the real estate and mortgage services you request; process and service transactions; communicate with you (including by SMS where you have opted in); send market and service updates unless you opt out; protect against fraud and secure our systems; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and improve our website through aggregate analytics.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect this information.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only: (a) with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate (for example, website hosting and security via Cloudflare, lead routing via Make.com, CRM via Follow Up Boss, scheduling via Calendly, anti-spam via Cloudflare Turnstile, and mapping/reviews via Google) under contracts that limit their use of the data to supporting us; (b) with parties needed to complete your transaction (such as lenders, processors, escrow, and title) when you proceed; and (c) when required by law or to protect rights and safety. As stated above, mobile/SMS opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies and similar technologies for security (Cloudflare Turnstile), embedded scheduling, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site features.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
