Real Talk: San Antonio Heights Has the Biggest Lots in the IE

If you want elbow room and a foothill feel without leaving the Inland Empire, San Antonio Heights above Upland is a special pocket.

It's about 540 homes on the biggest lots in my whole study — a median lot around 19,000 square feet, nearly half an acre. Homes run about 2,800 square feet, two-thirds are single-story, and half of them have pools. Typical recent sale is around $857,500.

This is a mature, 92%-owner-occupied foothill neighborhood — established, quiet, and land-rich. For buyers who feel boxed in by newer tract homes on tiny lots, San Antonio Heights is the opposite: space, privacy, and views.

One thing to know as your dual-licensed broker: foothill and larger-lot properties can carry their own financing and insurance wrinkles (fire zones, and well or septic on some parcels). Because I handle both the home and the loan, I flag those things up front — not at the finish line.
